Those clear blue tests measure weeks from conception, not from lmp. So if yours says 4-5 weeks that should be right on the money. Though not sure how you found a test that went up to 4-5 weeks, every one I have seen maxes out at 3+ weeks! I am 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and just had my first 3+ week result this morning!.
