If the key you got was the key that was first used to enable MyKey, then you can use it to turn off MyKey. If it's not (which is likely), and you don't have the "master" key (the key used to enable MyKey), then you'll have to take it to the dealership. You don't have to go to the dealership! I had the same problem with my 2014 Lincoln MKZ.
