Long story short, somehow "digits" was enabled on my account and 2 devices were added. That gave them access to my text messages allowing them to change my Lyft information. I have since reset all passwords and enabled 2fa on my T-Mobile account. They also said they put a block on the digits service so it cannot be re-enabled.
